On September 12th, 2007, a new computer repair service was started in the heart of Mercer County. Tyler Caton, the founder has been working with computers since the age of twelve and specializes in Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
believe it or not, i have not thought about providing online support. I do plenty of phone support, as well as house call and remote-support, which is online based, but never thought of creating an IRC client or an instant messenger that would serve as a mediator between myself and my clients. Good idea. I suppose payment might be difficult in that respect though...
